Charles Blake
CEO
Charles has over 40 years of experience in helping clients achieve their delinquency, lending and member service goals.
Charles’ background has a strong emphasis on credit extension, delinquency control and personnel development.
Charles not only guides BCUS’s strategic vision and direction but also utilizes his vast financial services background to take an active role in providing insight and enhancing our clients results and experiences.
He has consulted with Credit Unions throughout the United States and is a frequent speaker at various Credit Union chapter meetings.
Prior to founding BCUS, Charles joined Allied Bancshares as an AVP in their consumer lending division. This move happened to coincide with the start of the first economic downturn in Houston in decades which came to be known as the oil bust of the 1980's.It was also during this time that he became acquainted with the unique characteristics and needs of the credit union movement. Charles instantly identified with the “personal touch”, and almost “caretaker mentality” that credit unions exhibited toward their members.
When Charles isn’t working tirelessly for our clients, he enjoys cooking, travel and he is an avid reader.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Pat brings a wealth of perspective, knowledge and experience to our company. Pat makes expert use of her experience in market research, superior managerial skills, and outstanding customer service development for every client we serve.
Prior to joining Benchmark Credit Union Services in 2007, Pat worked with clients in the banking industry as a Research Manager and Focus Group Coordinator to pinpoint the needs of their customers. It was later, as a small business owner, that she skillfully serviced clients of varying size ranging from small individual business to several major Houston corporations. During this time Pat realized the degree of personalized service and commitment extended to credit union members was beyond compare and was immediately drawn to the people helping people philosophy.
Pat’s has earned a reputation of honesty and integrity by not over promising and always focusing on delivering a superior client experience.
